Would Radiohead be better off, if, instead of requiring that their associated corporate entities own the remixed work, it demanded that all remixes be licensed using a CC license?

I agree that such examples are on one hand forward-thinking, and yet on another, a manifestation of the &quot;same old&quot; approach to copyright ownership.</description>
