		<description>I think if you view copyright as a way to incentivize authors to make creative works, then it&#039;s hard to justify copyrights with such a long duration, even if there is value after 120 years. Whether the value of their creative work is preserved after, say 70 years, will not deter one from making a creative work.</description>
