<p>As has been widely reported, the new <a href="http://www.whitehouse.gov">Whitehouse.gov</a> is <a href="http://www.whitehouse.gov/copyright/">using</a> <a href="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/">a Creative Commons Attribution license</a> for all of its third-party works.
